Best Western B R Guest Hotel Zanesville, Zanesville

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, but unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in my supposedly nonsmoking room. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super nice, friendly, and very personable. However, the location, while close enough to Zanesville, was not ideal with a constant humming noise from the refrigerator. The dining options were adequate, although I missed having a bowl of fruit for breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of linen, but they had a strange smell like vomit which was a downside. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, from extremely rude to very friendly and accommodating.
